"There is an unpleasant odor in the room, possibly coming from the old, dirty carpet. The bathroom is also outdated and dirty, making the overall condition of the room uncomfortable and unsatisfactory."

"Room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful"

"Owner is available 24/7. Staff Chihera did an exceptional job and is always smiling. Amenities in standard rooms need to be upgraded. Enjoyed the meals and friendly staff. The airport shuttle is awesome! I recommend it highly."

"The rooms are good size for single traveler, amenities need attention like the towels are old need changing, shower leaks water into the bathroom. Staff very helpful in terms of information."

"I highly recommend this lodge for anyone in Harare. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the plants and private enclosure around the premises made the lodge feel safe and welcoming. We found staff to go above and beyond in multiple areas including complimentary car washing. The breakfast was fantastic with many options available. Lots of grocery and food options in the nicer part of downtown Harare. The price maybe was a little high, but if you are a gold member, the...

"Beautiful, green grounds and a spotlessly clean property. The staff were the highlight: warm, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. The location works well too. You're in Kambanji, about 10 minutes from most of the eastern suburbs, so Highland Park, La Parada, Mozambik, Ocean Basket and Upstate are all an easy drive. Mukuvisi Woodlands and the city galleries are close enough for a half day out, and Wild Is Life near the airport is worth the trip...

"Very welcoming check-in. We were allowed to check-in very early which was great. Lovely room, friendly staff, quiet location, beautiful public areas, delicious food. The honesty bar and pretty garden are a real bonus. Highly recommended."

"The place was a home away from home very nice place big soft comfy bed, very friendly staff very willing to make your stay as you would like. Food was cooked to your liking anything you chose the cooks wanted to cook it for you."

"The stay at Cresta Oasis Hotel in Harare was pleasant overall, with a convenient location and a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were decent, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. While there is some room for improvement in certain areas, the hotel offers a reasonable option for a stay in the city. I would recommend it for travellers looking for practical accommodation in Harare."

"Very nice place! Clean, safe, great staff, nice kitchen to use. Large rooms. Compound that includea a small garden. And convenient location (12 minute walk to Avondale shopping center - with great "flea market" behind for cheaper clothes/goods & tons of great Africa crafts/gifts). ... Wifi a bit spotty"
