"Common areas were nice and staff was generally courteous. Breakfast choices were limited but food was passable. Lunch menu and preparation was best of the three meals. Supper left a lot to be desired. Poor selection badly prepared. Would not recommend the all inclusive option for this resort.
The grounds were very nice. The pool is tiny and at times the water was cloudy, not at all inviting.
The room was clean but furnishings were tired. The toilet flush lever had to be held down to work.

"We loved staying at Mt Cinnamon Beach Resort! From the beautiful view from our villa, to the delicious daily breakfast, yummy beverages and meals, to the gorgeous beach and most importantly, the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff. Our stay was relaxing and I can’t say enough good things. We will definitely visit again!"

"From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service.
The property itself is stunning, well maintained with breathtaking views, luxurious décor, and an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and waking up each morning felt like a dream.
