"Everything was top"

"We were upgraded to an ocean front room as we were celebrating our anniversary. The view was amazing. The food was ok. The only restaurants I liked was the Italian and the buffet. They had entertainment each night, but after party was only an hr and everything close down at 11pm. The staff was very friendly and. Helpful."

"I was satisfied with all of the services"

"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"Good value"

"This is a low cost property, but for the low price, it's very good. It's clean and tidy, but certainly not salubrious. It's not particularly conveniently placed relative to the town, but it's on a major bus route--the (very frequent) number 1 route that goes right to the central bus station. There was a mixup when I asked...

"The hotel is situated right on Grand Anse beach. And being in Grand Anse it is in close walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and general stores."

"Coyaba is located centrally along the main beach in Grenada. Easy access to restaurants and shops in the area. Gated access to umbrella's beach bar next door. The hotel itself also has a couple restaurants and bars that offer food options until around 10PM nightly. The hotel rooms are older and a little dated, however it has the basics in that it was spotlessly clean, the showers were walk in tiled showers and the staff was superb in terms of customer service. The swim up pool offers a nice...

"The trip was pretty much perfect due to the staff accommodating all of our needs and helping us find the best spots to eat and have a good time. I will definitely be back!"

"Great place to stay and staff was very friendly."

"Perfect location."

"Deslyn at the bar was fabulous! Beautiful beach and a great pool! A bit dated but really lovely location!"
