"This hotel is very beautiful. With spacious rooms and clean spa like decor. The staff was very polite and helpful, easy to reach them if needed. Great food and amenities too! I was in town for a wedding so I did not stay long but I would recommend to anyone 10/10. Must stay, if you are visiting the area and want to have a relaxing time."

"Chambre spacieuse et bien insonorisée. Très bon petit déjeuner Personnel très accueillant Eau à dispo dans le frigo"

"Very nice staff helping you for everything Special Kudos to Romane Great stay thanks"

"Magnificent Property"

"Fabulous hotel with amazing views of the Charente valley."

"Great hotel in the centre of Cognac, easy walking to all the main sites and large Cognac houses. We parked in a free parking less than 5 mins walk away for 2 days. Would stay here again if in the area."

"The property is great and very interesting. There are no elevators to the 2nd floor, so if you have a big suitcase, you'll need to drag it up and down the stairs. The room was nice, but it smelled like mold. The bathroom shower did not have a separator, so the water goes everywhere. The bathroom door was difficult to close because of all the water that has been getting into the bottom of it (swelled up with time). Otherwise, the grounds are greatly maintained and beautiful. "very good location for one night"

"Bon rapport qualité prix."

"Nice hotel, with comfortable and modern rooms (e.g. a wireless charging place for your phone). Handily located between the station and the main "tourist area", with nearby restaurants, Martell a short walk away, and a handy supermarket across the road."

"Bien situé."

"Lovely place, welcoming hosts, wonderful swimming pool. Would have liked teabags/coffee sachets alongside the kettle in the room instead of a Nespresso machine without pods."

"From the moment we first arrived we were greated with a warm and friendly smile to help us get settled in with ease. The location is superb - being just less than a leisurely 10 minute walk to the different shops and eateries downtown. Check-in and check-out process is smooth and efficient. The staff was very helpful with everything - including securing a taxi at one of the busiest times of the year! 10/10 Highly Recommend"

"Beautiful hotel with pool and very helpful staff"

"Excellent accueil, chambre confortable et propre. Parfait. Un plus pour les cyclistes qui font l Flow vélo. Garage mis a disposition pour sécuriser son vélo 👍"
