"The room was spacious and very comfortable, the pool and jacuzzi were brilliant. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The weather was very hot and our first evening we were able to sit outside in the shade to eat, after that food was not served outside or in the lounge after 6 pm. We found this disappointing as we didn’t want to eat in the restaurant. This was the only negative of our stay (we stayed for four nights) The staff were polite and helpful at all times."

"Breakfast very poor both days Closed the outside seating area (30d) and restaurant for a private party,they should think about the people staying in hotel o they did not. Check out,come down stairs to reception you could not move for people and also outside on pavement. + Room was excellent plus the Bar staff was excellent."

"Modern, clean and very comfortable, a great stay in a recently built hotel. Excellent location for exploring Gloucester. Breakfast a little inconsistent- not good first morning, far better the next day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again- the rooftop terrace was great!"
