"staff not helpful (a man staff in night time ) we call him for check foursome problem in my room he was not and the way he talk to the customer not good don't have service mind . and we have forgot the stuff in the room we contact them the hotel told me that don't see anything in the room and don't have any feedback . don't check the room is ready to check in or not the wifi is not good. and don't have microwave in the room but in the hotel.com website has show have microwave and when we ask...

"Amazing apartment with high ceilings andvery spacious. Little shop downstairs for bits and bobs central located. My apartment had also a balcony wich is nice to enjoy the coffee. Usually i stay at Hilton but this property is much better."

"Pas de parking comme indiqué sur l'annonce, il faut se garer dans la rue en ésperant trouver une place qui n'est heuresement pas payante. Appartement en très bon état général et propre. Par contre, gros problème d'odeur d'égoûts permanente et un matelas déformé créant une cuve au milieu... Un changement de matelas (ou de lit ?) et fixer le problème d'odeur et tout serait parfait."

Hyggelig terrasse hvor jeg kunne nyde kaffen i morgensolen med udsigt over den charmerende Old Town. Dejlig centralt med gåafstand til det meste. Et sted vi meget gerne besøger igen"

"We were 3 , I , my wife and my daughter , all the things went on perfectly in this hotel. It is so close to metro , you can easily visit and sightsee the city via using metro. Room was perfect , it had kitchen to let us prepare our baby's meal easily , and also room has washing machine which we used a lot during our stay. Personel was so kind and helpful during our requests."
