"We had one thing we wanted to do, go to the rock and see the monkeys. Staff told us where to go for shuttle but the shuttle stopped running at 4 pm. They failed to tell us that but they said we could go back at 9 am the next morning. The shuttle never came and all they could say was it is a different company. PM clerks even got a little snotty. Why not provide us with a phone number to call instead of having us climb up and down the hill to sit and wait. Great stayed ruined by a lack of help"

"This hotel is very near the main street and in a good position to get to all areas of the Rock. Bit of a slope to get to the hotel from the Town but then Gibraltar is not a flat place to visit."

"We had a wonderfully warm welcome from the reception staff, and check-in was completely seamless! While the room decor is a little dated and could use a refresh, the powerful showers and tidy bathrooms were great. The lighting controls took a moment to figure out but worked perfectly once we got the hang of them. We did find a cleaning cloth left behind in one of the beds, which was a small oversight. If you're staying on the marina side, just a heads-up that it can get a bit lively with noise...

"The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms are cleaned superbly. I would've liked to have access to cold water , rather than just a jug of room temperature water. We brought our own water bottles but didn't find anywhere in the hotel or put and about to fill them up."

"Everything with this accommodation was great, quite and excellent."

"Perfektes Lage. Schönes Effekt mit Balkon auf See. Mehrere Pools wo man zugreifen kann. In wenige minute alles erreichbar"

"Apartment was in a modern, clean building with good security. Apartment itself was clean and very comfortable. Convenient, centralized location. Easy walking with restaurants, shops and marina very close by, less than ten minute walk. The only issue we had is that we wanted to make the trip to the top of the rock but for two days it was to foggy. I contacted the host through expedia and requested another night stay. After communicating back and forth a few times about the price and maybe get us...

"Room was everything as advertised....coudnt have asked for any more ..views where great ...whole place clean from front of house to the room ...staff also very freindly and heplful....will defo book again if i come over"

"If your looking for a cheap but not hi spec hotel this hotel fits the bill. The decor is exactly the same as it was 35 years ago!!! But the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room had a fridge and a air conditioning unit (very noisy) and was clean. Ltd sockets for modern day tech but apart from that was fine. Small pool, (didn't use) so can't comment on that. Yeah overall we had a great weekend and the hotel suited us as we were in the centre of main Street, so ideally situated. But...

"Great location, brilliant host who managed our questions really well and was understanding when we accidentally brought home a cable (which we sent back straight away)! Bit of noise from building works next door but super modern and facilities were brilliant."

"Close enough to walk to the airport but didn't hear noise from the airport and there is a bus stop outside the apartment or it is close enough to walk into the centre. Communication with the owner was really good. Apartment was great had everything you needed if you wanted to cook at the apartment. Would book again"

"It was terrible. Loud fire alarm noises and brown laundry"

"Fantastic location and unbelievable views of the runway! Amazing experience to stay on a yacht."

"The host was wonderful, answering every question and replying promptly. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with basic household items. It was very modern, and everything worked efficiently. The swimming pool is why I booked the room, and that did not disappoint. The pool was large, clean, and never crowded. A 15-minute walk into town, where all the pubs and restaurants are, so it was a great location. Now for the downside. The apartment directly faces what looks...

"Clean room and the place clean too,Pool we didnt get around to use it but very clean, staff very friendly too Host were very generous Thank you we really enjoyed staying at the appartment Everything nearby too. Nice place and would use tge same appartment again when back in Gibraltar."
