The property is very well located, in the center proper, not more than a few hundred meters from the high street, yet the spot is quiet. The rooms are clean, well maintained, the air-con is working, the breakfasts served are very good with decent choice of food to cater to all reasonable requirements, and the staff is professional, helpful and friendly.

A wonderful hotel with the views of the Gibraltar. A comfortable stay if you just want to take a rest. It has a pool, great breakfast in the top floor with the views.

A well placed hotel near to the shops and many of the attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are comfortable/well equipped and the breakfasts offer a good selection of cooked and "continental" options. Small criticism is the long wait to book in - only one member of staff on duty to cater for bookings when flights arrive.

Comfortable, well appointed, and very clean. Staff were lovely. They have a very nice patio and a very nice pool area. Eight at the restaurant one night, limited choices, but food that we had was very nice. Very reasonably priced very close to the shops and walking distance to the cable car to climb the rock. Traveled on EasyJet without any issues. All in all a great trip.

Despite website stating that there was a restaurant on 8th floor, this does not exist. there is a bar at ground level with a limited menu. Reception was understaffed. No information e.g. leaflets or posters for events/attractions for tourists. Would describe the hotel as sterile and bland.
