"This the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff showed us 5 different alternative rooms until we found one with out bed bugs or signs of blood on the mattress. The carpets are foul in the hallways, covered with stains of old food. The headboard was even covered in god knows what’s kind of stains. So not be fooled by the images or fake reviews. This place needs a health inspection and should be stripped of its current Star rating. "

"We stayed at the Ramada from April 22 to April 29. it was initially intended to be just a 2 night stay but we extended our stay to a week. we absolutely loved this hotel, loved the staff. The staff was exceptional, specific referenced to Namrata at the reception desk and Prem at the restaurant We had a warm welcome and a huge welcome smile from Namrata at the front desk during our check in. "Friendly staff but I expect 5 star quality, few smaller quirks. I ordered a coffee on the breakfast table that never arrived, I had to keep looking for water refill , something I expect to be happening without thinking. Also the shower was out of bodywash , I didn't care asking but a 5 star property should be super attentive to these things. Overall a great stay."
