A very nice hotel with great amenities. Room on the 7th floor was very comfortable and the spa, although under construction, was good. Restaurants, especially the Chinese restaurant was very good.

The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel was great. Water in the bathrooms was clean. About 100 TDS unlike the 1100 TDS in Noida. ONLY one thing they need to do ; No need to have an attendant in the elevators. Its quite odd to have that in such a small elevator.

Excellent Hotel....recommended...

Excellent Hotel, stayed for 2 nights....breakfast options are good, although there are other hotels around who can spoil you with choices....facilities are OK, though you can keep the list of offerings in rooms, unlike i learned about few of them on my day of departure....Had to attend a conference...was running short of cards...the guy at the reception kept pushing me against the wall for my Business Card...despite giving the address to one of the guys, somebody else also keeps calling up for the address...guess this wasn't a good gesture despite your brand and leaves a not so pleasing mark during the stay...the hotel staff except for Room Service Incharge can also learn to do their job ONLY and leave people alone if they do not want to interact.....Rest, i would say...recommended anyways.....

Uncomfortable Stay Due to Mosquito Issue

The room had a serious mosquito problem, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Even with the windows closed, there were a lot of mosquitos inside. Needs better pest control or at least mosquito nets or repellents provided

The check in employee was very cold and impersonal. My room had club access, but the key was not programed for the second floor. I went back to rekey it, then the key did not work for my room. After the second attempt, I gave up on the club. The club was a joke, inferior to any clubs I've visited. The room attendant and the restaurant staff were very nice and friendly. Also you have this room under suite category, but the most this room can be a junior suite.

I rarely write reviews, but our exceptional stay at Radisson Blu Noida compelled me to write one. Our rooms were beautiful, immaculately maintained, and the breakfast buffet left us spoilt for choice. What stood out most for me though was the hospitality. Check in was stress-free, Dhananjay ensured a seamless process; and Neetu at reception went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable - so much so that my little one wouldn’t stop talking about her long after we had left ! Every single staff we came across - from the security staff at gates, doorman, reception and restaurant staff, and other staff in the lobby, all were extremely courteous and helpful. Thank you for making our stay memorable, definitely coming back again.

The service, location, food, and convenience of this hotel can't be beat. Everyone was so wonderful! I would stay there again in a heart beat. The only thing I was unhappy with was that our room smelled like someone had been smoking in it for years. It was overwhelming and I regret not asking the hotel to move us to a different room. The floor said that it was a non-smoking floor, but there was an ashtray in the room - so obviously someone had been smoking in it. The smell was BAD! Other than that, everything else was exceptional.

We had an excellent experience at Radisson Blu. For the four days that we stayed, the staff was always courteous and very helpful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. This extended to the breakfast team, the restaurants, the bell boys, and all other staff too. The banquet facility was wonderful too. We had a celebration attended by about 55 people and our entire experience was very positive. The food was wonderful and the catering staff was always alert and active.
