"Fantastic stay"

"New room, clean and excellent breakfast"

"Once I saw that the hotel was now run by OYO I nearly had a heart attack as the one in Cardiff is shocking! The only reason we were okay was because of the manager who is looking at leaving anyway. It is a terrible company. You can see things are deteriorating already. The carpets are very dirty. We were in a room that had almost light coming in."

"Loved the facilities at this hotel and the onsite bar was pretty decent quality. Check in experience could be improved as despite 3 staff on the desk, self check-in was preferred and the free parking option we purchased was not clear how to redeem."

"Excellent location, in the midst of a few bars and 10 minutes walk from the train station. Room was clean with a very powerful shower. Bed was really comfortable with a good size TV on the wall with plenty of channels. We didn’t have breakfast but heard people talking in the loft saying it was really nice with lots of choice."

"I visited Nottingham with family and we had a good stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly upon arrival and our linen and room were clean. A few issues to report; my bathroom sink plug didn’t work, my mum’s shower didn’t work and my aunt’s room was quite far from the entrance so if you’re not very mobile this might be worth looking into."

The property offered no facilities for an evening meal (and even the nearest dining facilities {more than half a mile away} was closing down at the end of the day we were there and only offered a limited menu on that day).
