"Good location and helpful staff."

"Hotel was in an excellent location with loads of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We had panoramic room which was lovely but view wasn’t amazing but still worth it as felt spacious and bright. Staff very kind and helpful and most spoke enough English to communicate and help. Special mention to Alfred who was incredibly helpful when we arrived and spoke great English. Credit it to the team!!"

"The smoke free room is full of smoke smells. The smoke odor was deeply embedded in the furnishings, bedding, and interior. Avoid here if you are sensitive to air quality."

"Laundry service was unbeatable. The staff picked up my laundry bags in the morning and returned with clean clothes before I came back to my room. Save so much time for me on sightseeing and enjoying the local cuisine. I appreciate the service provided"

"Breakfast is good"

"客房裡面有煙味還有霉味，味道散不去，再加上感覺房間很久沒有租出去的感覺，有些立牌都有灰塵"
