"Room was comfortable, nice lounge area in the room and the king bed was a true king."

"1. We were there for 4 nights. Two of those days we wanted room service and we took the do not disturb sign off the door. Both day housekeeping did not come. When I called the front desk to complain, they looked at the records and said that housekeeping had notated the do not disturb sign on the door both days, which is absolutely false. I will give the front desk credit in that they did give us two complimentary breakfasts on the last day to help make up for no housekeeping during our stay - 2....

"Awful hotel, won’t answer their phone. Shower looks like something you’d get at a campsite. Pay to park, pay to use WiFi, not coming back"

"Nice! room was big enough. Easy to get to and from Dulles"

"I stayed for 5 nights, only one elevator was working, and was not repaired throughout my stay. The ice machine on my floor was broken down. The hallways could updating or a good cleaning. My room was clean and comfortable."

"Naima was welcoming, and professional. She provided excellent customer service and was always willing to help with any questions or needs. We appreciated her kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay. Her excellent service made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one!"

"You have to bring and prepare everything yourself, as there are no amenities or equipment provided. We booked the room for two people, but only received towels for one person. When we called the staff to inform them, they asked us to go to the front desk to pick up the extra towel ourselves, even though we were already very tired from traveling. If we come back to this area again, we definitely won’t choose to stay here."

"Stayed Saturday October 3, 2026. The power was out except for emergency lights, and it was just this Holiday Inn building’s issue. At check in the front desk staff indicated the lights were out, it should just be a few hours, and offered a $50 discount on the room. We decided to stay but it wasn’t just the lights, there was no electricity whatsoever - no air conditioning so the room was too warm, no refrigerator so we had to eat what we had so it wouldn’t spoil, no tv, no power to recharge...

"The only complaint I have is the sound of toilets flushing and water running down above your head. Extremely loud!!!"
