"Excellent customer service, the reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room was was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle with coffee in the room but there was additional coffee available free in the reception area along with a water dispenser that did not only cold water but fizzy water too. "I was surprised by the elegance and sophistication of the chambre/room that I was given. The bath alone was beyond my expectation. The very friendly and helpful Owner, Norse, made sure I had everything that I required. If you have never stayed in a Chàteau, for the price I suggest Château de la Grand'Cour. It is exceptional!"

Tea and coffee facilities available in the room. Also refillable water bottle that you can full up feom the water machine in reception. Reception/bar open 24/7. The shower was good with free shower gel. Location was great, short distance from the train station, airport shuttle stop, trams and Château des...

The bed was comfortable and the room seemed to be very well sound-proofed - there was a student party down the corridor but we couldn't hear it at all! The room was very warm and didn't have...
