"Where to begin….. paid a premium, 940 for two rooms and 1 night. I have been going for years and prices are rising but literally Nothing is being added value wise. Elevator didn’t work properly and our room was on the 6 th floor with two babies. Premium sea view room was a balcony with no joke a falling apart plastic chair, shower did not work, the fire alarm went off at 3am, staff took almost 40 mins to turn it off, nobody knew what to do, no direction by organization. "Such a unique and charming place with a very traditional feel! There are lots of animals throughout the property, which makes the experience even more special. The customer service was great, the food was delicious, and we had a wonderful time at the pool. The property is also close to the beach. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that a complimentary boat tour was included with our stay, which was a wonderful added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience!"

"Ground and pools were beautifully maintained very peaceful setting. I would love to return. Only complaint was room was not well lit and even though the staff knew there was three of is staying on our room they only left two towels for us. Office staff were welcoming and friendly. Servers and bar tenders were also very friendly but maintenance and cleaning ladies looked at us not so welcoming. Hotel in itself is beautiful and in walking distance to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants"
