"Helt suverän personal (om det var ägaren : bonuspoäng). Frukost++ Städning++ Klientel- Bra övernattning i sin helhet"

"Nice hotel at the lake The only downside is that pool is not free"

"In general: Check in info missing, no info at site, cumbersome and then rude services on call. Check out OK. Room construction nice,  however worn out and dirty. Smell was terrible. Only 1 (of 3) windows could be opened (broken amenities). No aircon is ok, but not fan at all - just a noisy heater on window wall. Terribly hot room. No airing of halls until day prior to departure. Would recommend to close the "hotel" during summer. The only cleaning service was day at departure, at 06:30 (!)...

"Das Ferienhaus war für 4 Personen ausgeschrieben. Wir fanden, es war für 2 schon zu klein. Die Ausstattung war angemessen und sauber und die Umgebung war ruhig."

"Good location"

"Every member of staff we interacted with was helpful and courteous . Big shout out to the night porter particularly who helped us when our pre booked taxi was a no show . Nice hotel well located for the metro and buses . Room was clean and quiet . Only gripe would be shower over bath which seemed designed to put water everywhere . Breakfast was good if a little chaotic due to volume of people in small space"

"Great sized room, loved the heated pool and sauna! Fun place."
