"I’m extremely disappointed with my reservation experience. The entire communication was stressful and disappointing."

"This resort was one of my favourites. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"I did not like being charged for a cleaning fee when I was checking in. It should have been included in the rental rate. If I would have known that there was a cleaning fee, I would not have booked this room."

"the room is clean, nice view from the balcony"

"Very quiet"

"Die Wände hatten Risse was etwas Besorgniserregend ist. Aber ich bin ja kein Statiker. Vielleicht ist es ja ok. Vielleicht haben die es bis jetzt auch schon wieder repariert. "This was a scam , they took my payment but did not have a room available , the contact numbers did not work and the emails I sent were not answered. I waited for three hours outside in the hot sun after travelling for 27 hours, I need my money returned ASAP"

"No internet. Washing machine is not functional. No tissue/soap/toothbrush provided. Owner never responded to our questions or requests."

"Worst because I have no name in the system and was not able to check in as they told me “no reservation “ and just look for another hotel. "

"I do not recommend staying in this condotel at all. The property owner is out of reach which made the check in very stressful, The room that I reserved was not the actual room they provided. The photos they posted in the booking site is totally misleading. What you see, is not what you get."
