"Hello, When we got in the afternoon on the 10th the receptionist was mad at me for not saying hello. She had a bad attitude which did not look professional for the establishment. I was supposed to arrived on the 9th at the hotel but due to an incident in Miami with a plane crash I got there on the 10th I was told by the receptionist I was going to get an email from the manager so I could check out on the 14th free of charge. I never got the email whatsoever. I ended up checking out on the 13th...

"The hotel's location in a business district means it’s quiet, but it’s far from walkable attractions and dining options. The light-colored curtains don’t block out enough light, which can be an issue for those sensitive to brightness. It lacks a traditional restaurant, relying on a vending machine that isn’t always reliable. Additionally, finding the gym was nearly impossible, even with assistance from staff. However, the room accessories themselves were well-maintained and of good quality."
