"Fantastic stay from start to finish! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected issue overnight, but the overnight front desk associate went above and beyond to help. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern turned a stressful situation into a much better experience. Outstanding customer service like that is hard to find. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"Wetaskiwin has really gone down hill. The siding 16 area Seems to be the area that all the homeless hang out. We happened to arrive in Wetaskiwin early. I stopped in at the hotel to see if it was possible to check in, because I was going to be late coming back to the hotel. It was about 2 pm. I was told that the room is ready and I can check in, but there will be a $20.00 early check in fee. So I guess for my convenience I could check in but it will cost me extra. "We stayed there for six nights without anybody's recommendation. Just checked in at the Ponoka property. They were so welcoming, and the staff is so courteous and helpful. Monique and Tanya are amazing people. Cannot appreciate enough. One doesn't find such services in branded star properties normally. A great experience. Will strongly recommend to anyone."
