"Beautiful modern hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and very informative. All areas were clean and smelt beautiful. Food was lovely with a good choice. Lovely relaxing stay."

"Service could have been slighter better with regards to tranfers between main hotel and forest accomadation given it being December and your expected to wear your robe to and from spa as only private members get lockers. Which isnt very appropriate when stayin away from the main spa itself. "

"Room was clean, had an excellent bed and a terrific bathroom. Hotel was nice and quiet, no hearing other rooms TVs or chat. Complimentary chocolate and gin was also a nice touch. Central location means you are only a short walk from the Harbour, Train Station and the beach. Only negative of the room was the heating/air conditioning. Heating was a radiator which was very warm but with no air conditioning we struggled to cool the room down even with the window open and we visited end of February...

"Everything from first impressions, Receptionist at check in was so friendly. The room was fantastic absolutely no expense spared it was spotlessly clean. The large bed was so comfortable.
