"It was like staying inside a well kept jungle! The wildlife (birds and plants) on the property were gorgeous. We saw workers constantly cleaning pools and thermals, tending to the grounds, there was always someone around but no one ever bothered us to make us feel like we had to order something. The breakfast was amazing! We only ordered dinner once and it was beautiful. I was okay that the location was closer to the volcano than the downtown. My only complaints are that there weren't enough...

"This resort was extremely disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, or customer service. The property felt run-down and poorly maintained, and the overall experience was far below what I would expect from a resort.

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Distance to beach is perfect. Restaurants around the hotel in Tamarindo town are great with many different options. This is the ideal hotel to stay at in Tamarindo location and comfort wise."
