"We stayed at the Islander Hotel for our last night in Rarotonga before heading back to Australia the following morning on an early flight. Staff were lovely. The room was ok but a few stains on the bed head put me off! Bed was comfortable. There was a t.v in the room but no remote and didn't seem to be working at all. Went across to the restaurant for meals. Good views, food well priced, good entertainment on. The beach bar does play music til around 10.30-11pm so no chance of an early night,...

"We had the beach front villa No. 8, which was huge & well appointed and private. Comfy bed & pillows, decent kitchen area. The sofa could have been more comfortable and a bit larger. Buffet breakfast was nice, happy hour was relaxing, front desk staff were helpful, & other staff were so gentle and kind. Wifi a bit hit & miss, but that’s ok. I liked that the resort is on a large block of land away from the street, so very quiet. Many other resorts are close to the road, especially around the Muri...

"The staff were so lovely and the resort was beautiful. In such a great location and it was right on such an amazing beach to swim and snorkel in. The villas were perfect and all the snorkelling equipment, paddle boarding and kayaks were awesome to use. The brekky and restaurant was also so delicious and had a great view. It was such a great resort, I highly recommend!! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cooks Oasis! Although the resort is a bit difficult to find, due to signage at the street having been removed, we loved the location. We checked in on a Sunday which meant the staff was not working. No problem, they got the room ready and left us a note on their reader board as to how to access our Villa.
