"Lovely view over the bay and the breakfast was lovely"

"Fabulous hotel, perfect from check in to check out. Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn’t hold it together! This was a much needed break for me and my daughter after a lot of recent sadness and that memory will stay with us forever, so thank you ! It made our weekend. "Clean warm nice shower beautiful view warm and welcoming staff they were kind and compassionate as my husband had just lost his mother who was in a local hospital which was the reason to visit Llandudno prior to booking in and said if we need anything to just ask Breakfast was great a good start to the day plenty of choice. Nicely presented the restaurant staff were attentive pleasant and friendly. "
