"Overall had a good stay. Good value for money. Room was spacious and clean but like others mention, the shower can lead to water overspilling into the bathroom. The shower was excellent though. Receptionist had to deal with difficult customer ahead of us on arrival which delayed check in but one of those things and we were given a good room afterwards. Was very loud on our last night as people returning to hotel from nights out but to be expected I suppose, was obviously quieter earlier in week....

"Arrived at Pierre & Vacances Benidorm Horizon. For a 3 night break. Had to check in at main hotel to access the apartmen in the other block. The check in process was excellent everything was there for you to understand & acknowledge. We had use of the main pool outdoors & indoors & the gym. The evening entertainment was ok but the bar was very expensive for food & drink. "Looks like a new property, very well maintained, with pool and an abundance of sun loungers / chairs by the pool. Apartnent had everything I needed and plenty of space nearby for parking. Staff were very responsive and helpful. I would certainly stay there again."

"The room was a delight , so modern, clean and fresh, the bathroom was nice with a large walk in shower . The bed was a good size and so comfortable , for a studio it was a really great sized room and had all you needed for a holiday or short break, the balcony had good solid recliner chairs and small table again good size for a studio. The building itself was spotless as was pool area everywhere cleaned every day, the 24hr reception was well covered and nothing a bother to the staff ."

"2nd year here. Perfect apartment. Spacious, clean, modern with huge wrap around balcony. Good A/C. Views to the sea. Pool is lovely too. Best thing it’s always quiet- never full. Mobility scooter charge points x 3 at rear. Learned this year there is a free laundry room with 4 washing machines and a dryer. Took advantage of this and next year will only bring a tiny case.
