"Very decent hotel with clean rooms. The staff was super nice. There is a very nice coffee machine in the lobby/ dining area. Through out the day coffee is available, which was super helpful when we came back to the hotel after the extreme cold outside. Totally recommend this hotel for visitors to Cochrane."

I just had surgery and needed the room for the night because the hospital couldn’t keep me due to lack of beds. "Staff was friendly. Hotel was very dirty. 2 other families cancelled their reservation as their rooms were filthy. The one bed looked like someone had vomited on it or bled all up the mattress. When mentioned the front staff said it was cleaned, but we suggested it needed to be thrown out. The floors were extremely dirty, looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or swept in weeks. It looked like bugs by my toilet, so I asked the cleaner to remove them but he used a Swiffer without the Swiffer...
