Subject: Concern Regarding Room Condition – Request for Resolution

I recently stayed at your property and feel compelled to express my disappointment with the condition of the room I was provided, especially considering the rate of $300 per night.
Upon entering the room, I noticed several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay:
The room appeared generally dilapidated.
The curtains and bed sheets had visible holes and stains.
The air conditioning unit rattled loudly, making it difficult to sleep.
Wallpaper was peeling from the walls.
The bathroom was not as clean as expected, and the sink was poorly positioned, leading to water constantly pooling on the counter.
For a room priced at this level, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, and upkeep. This experience did not align with the expectations set by your booking platform or reputation.
I hope you can understand my disappointment and kindly ask what steps can be taken to address this. I would appreciate either a partial refund or some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused.
