"My experience at this resort was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The property had just reopened on April 1, and I checked in on April 3—but it was clearly not ready to receive guests. The first room I was assigned was completely uninhabitable. The TV wasn’t mounted, the bed had no sheets, the bathtub was covered with tarps, the toilet was visibly dirty, and cleaning supplies were left behind in the bathroom. There was also no electricity. Although check-in was at 3 PM, I didn’t receive a usable room until 9 PM. That night I was placed in a disabled-access room that did not meet my needs and was told there were no other options. The following day, after explaining everything again, I was reassigned—only to be sent back to the same unusable room. After escalating the situation, I was finally moved hours later. Management offered a 25-minute complimentary massage for two days of disruption, which felt inadequate given the circumstances. In the third room, the TV still didn’t work, we had no hot water for two days, and the sheets were damp and smelled like mildew. This stay did not reflect the luxury experience advertised or the price paid. The resort should not have reopened in this condition. I would not return and expect appropriate compensation for the first two days of my stay."

"The room is comfortable. However its not as seen in picture in terms of decor. The painting that was to be placed on the wall was stored in the closet. The i room safe didnt work. The light over the face basin was not working. The fan and main light in the room was not working. The maintenance personnel said he would return to fix those but didnt come back. It is however a quiet property. The property itself is clean. Just the room i stayed in needs to be worked on. "

"The Property Need lots of Repairs, Their are broken tiles on floors, broken glass table in room, the gas Stove is rusted and burners are burnt out ,bathroom facet not right for that sink, when turned on it is sprays over the Floor and the shower head sprays incorrectly. The entrance doors and patio doors need adjusted, There are mold on entrance floors and walls, there are repairs needed on the whole property!"
