We also could not get a luggage cart in the morning to get our cooler and heavy gear back to the car because someone had taken the only two they had on hand and never returned them. "

"This was a great little place to stay in great falls. We were in town for a concert at the newberry and loved we could walk to and from the show. Very friendly staff, bed was very comfortable, and complimentary breakfast delivered to our door was the best part. Highly recommend!"

"The employees were wonderful: polite, efficient, professional yet friendly. The room was very clean except the floor. I love the floors- not carpet, but a vinyl flooring that is easy to keep clean. The bathroom light didn't work. The bedspread was very thin, so I was cold unless I turned the heat on, then it got stuffy quickly. Another blanket and a coffee machine in the room is the only improvement I could see. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be staying there again."

"Nice little old hotel. Wonderful food and service at The Celtic Cowboy. We had an ADA room, which was what we needed, however, that put us on the ground floor in a room with no window to outside. Other than that, it was a great night!"

"This place has improved immensely since the last time we stayed several years ago. The room we had was clean, bright and cool. Lots of room to move around. The hotel itself looked fresh and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the pool was much smaller and they removed the water slide. "

"The hotel was good for us. However, management needs to change their statement of "breakfast included" as what was provided is definitely not a "breakfast. Two coffee carafes, some tea bags are definitely NOT a breakfast. There might have been some muffins, but we left quite early and there was nothing then? "Breakfast Included" is very miss leading. "

"Property was okay. Needs a bit of TLC in the rooms as our bathroom door didn’t close and our shower door leaked like crazy. Breakfast was just okay but we were there on a very busy weekend so that didn’t help. But clean and close to things! Not a bad place at all! "
