"The whole building is amazing. For check-in, stand in front of the Starbucks, there is an elevator near the escalators, with a waterfall/fountain behind it. Take this elevator to floor 3 to check-in. There are many other sets of elevators but only this elevator will allow check in. Full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, loft style room was phenomenal. "Great property. Quiet, quaint, and peaceful. My only recommendations for improvement would be to do a contactless check-in like Casa Lobo. This would save time for both the management/owners and any potential guests. Then people can just check-in with a special pinpad or lockbox. Especially since the doorbell is not working anyways. Also, they are building a new house at the bottom of the property, so it's a little dangerous having to walk thru a construction site to get to the beach down below. "I enjoyed everything here, very safe, easy in and out parking. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Service we had for breakfast was excellent, our waiter was awesome! Friendly staff. Very comfortable room with a little more than the basic needs. Me my wife and kids are very satisfied with the experience here at this property."
