"We stayed here before and after our trek. After, the lady running the place offered laundry service. However, she kept delaying when it was going to be finished. We gave her one load to do but clearly it was mixed with other clothing. The next morning, she was no where to be found and we were scrambling to find all our articles of clothing with the help of the lady who makes breakfast (who was very sweet). "Prepare in advance if you do not speak Spanish. Was hung up on twice when contacting the number provided for support before check in. Since this an appartment, services are also minimal. Ex: will not hold your luggage after check out. If you have a late flight the evening of checkout, prepare to carry your belongings with you for the day. Location is amazing but place is not as advertised in photos. Not a bad stay but appartment is definitely weathered in condition vs. photos. WiFi did not...
