I had a horrible experience attempting to stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear things were not as advertised. The check-in process was a nightmare, with the elevator having backed-up line of people waiting over 15 minutes just to get in. Once inside, the problems only got worse. The property was freezing cold, with no heat, and none of the electrical outlets were functional. The elevator stuck twice within the first two hours of our arrival, making us feel extremely unsafe. Communication with the host was another major issue. The host spoke no English, making it incredibly difficult to resolve any of the problems we encountered. On top of all this, the WiFi didn’t work at all. With all these issues, it was impossible for us to stay at this unit, and we had to move and find alternative accommodations the same night. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Confesso que estava meio assim em relação ao todo, mas fui muito bem atendido pela recepção, dá para entender tudo que eles falam mas nada como um tradutor para tirar algumas dúvidas rsrs mas gostamos muito. Perto de metrô praça lanchonete enfim. Muito satisfeito mesmo e recomendo.

Fair for the price but not exactly as advertised

Prepare in advance if you do not speak Spanish. Was hung up on twice when contacting the number provided for support before check in. Since this an appartment, services are also minimal. Ex: will not hold your luggage after check out. If you have a late flight the evening of checkout, prepare to carry your belongings with you for the day. Location is amazing but place is not as advertised in photos. Not a bad stay but appartment is definitely weathered in condition vs. photos. WiFi did not work at all. Probably a fair accommodation for the price but would spend the extra money and stay in a hotel next time around.

it was like having your own place in Santiago. Apartment had good security measures. Close to Plaza des Armes, metro, eateries, supermarket and markets. Apartment was excellent for my needs. Only minus was that TV had no signal.

Nos fue bien en general, aunque al llegar no nos habían dejado la llave en recepción y tuvimos que esperar al rededor de 3 horas (después de haber viajado toda la noche) para que llegue la persona encargada. Indicaron una deficiencia de comunicación de Hoteles.com y para restituir nos dejaron hacer el check in anticipadamente. El departamento tiene lo necesario, aunque ciertos muebles, la ropa de cama y toallas estaban viejos. La limpieza del departamento hay que solicitarla cuando se requiere, sin costo. La ubicación es buena porque tiene todo cerca y a la mano. Desde el departamento se pueden captar vistas preciosas del amanecer en Santiago.

Apartamento grande e perto de tudo, no centro

É um apartamento muito grande, com dois quartos, sendo uma suite de casal e outro quarto com uma cama mais um beliche, tem ainda um sofá cama na sala, que conta com TV e uma mesa para 4 pessoas, wifi rápida e uma cozinha bem equipada.

Localização incrível, falta manutenção.

O apto é muito bem localizado no centro, tem um mercado de frente e fica uns 300 da praça das Armas. As acomodações são boas, porém, faltou aquecedor para os quartos (tinha apenas um aquecedor portátil na sala) e fez muito frio início de agosto. Falta manutenção nos banheiros com vazamento nas banheiras que deixavam os banheiros bem molhados, e falta utensílios na cozinha, só tinha o básico. Não tinha limpeza diária, só se solicitar e pagar a parte. No geral daria uma nota 7.

Great Location / Super Safe

I loved this place! I stayed here for 1 week and I was walking distance from shops, restaurants and most important the subway!! Which can take you all over Santiago in no time. This place was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay over here again and recommend this place to friends and family. Safety here was also great. Had to go through security to get in which made me feel great because I am a single woman traveler.

Just a one night stay over.

Just staying for one night, the apartment was clean and bed comfortable. Check in was at the entrance desk. Going to the carpark what was a bit off an hassle. We had an narrow and difficult place to park in.
