Hotel is old and run down, maintenance is a big issue. AC was not working for 2 night then changed my room next day same problem which was fixed later. Lack proactive customer service. When requested how do you compensate for this, told contact expedia / hotel.com. This was not answer your expect as hotel maintenance is not the responsibility of aggregators. Breakfast nice Room big and spacious. Location one of the best Safe, walkable, currency exchange available just 20 meters, convenient stores also available. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. 2 free bottle of water promised but housekeeping forgets. When asked they bring to you.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Very safe and close to dining and shopping as well as metro stations. The room was spacious and had a mini kitchen which was great for breakfast items. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, breakfast roof top restaurant, cleaners etc were all great. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but a bit run down. The beds and linens were very good and there was always hot water. The breakfast that was included was so practical and had a decent dejection of items. The pool area could a bit of beautifying, but it works.

Hotel Plaza El Bosque Ebro was a nice addition to the Iguana experience. At first our family packed into a 4-bedroom suite but then the management upgraded us at no-cost. We are/were super appreciative of the gesture and the great customer service from the hotel staff who was attentive and accommodating. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the town center but still near some dining and very close to the tri-boder mark. Overall, a pleasant stay and recommend the hotel.

Pleasure of staying at the Plaza El Bosque Ebro. Is a comfortable, traditional decor, clean property. The lobby was small but well decorated. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. I stayed in an executive suite, which was my favourite room of my stay and has a wow factor. The location is good for the Costenera Center & district (5-10 minutes walk). With lots of other amenities nearby.

Location, breakfast and room were awesome!

I loved the location of this hotel, the breakfast buffet and the room I booked. I totally recommend the King suite. It's big, classy and quiet. Overall, everything is very clean. Omg, the breakfast is wonderful with very nice views of the city. Several relatives came to have dinner or lunch with me during my stay. The restaurant offers a really good menu at reasonable prices. We all had a great time. But no place is perfect. The gym gets too warm. It needs better air circulation. I didn't take a swim in the pool, but looked fantastic with, again, nice views of Las Condes. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Well located and nice hotel.

We stayed here for two nights but arrived late on our first night owing to our flight's arrival time and left very early in the morning due to our flight's departure time! But... This hotel was very well located in a safe neighborhood (IMO). Walking distance to restaurants and the Costanera Center. The hotel itself was very well priced and we got a huge suite for our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We would have happily stayed longer and would definitely consider this hotel when returning to Santiago in the future. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. We only had the included breakfast for one of the days as we left at around 3.30am on the final day. The breakfast was pretty standard (similar to the offer of most Santiago hotels) but it was tasty and freshly prepared. We sat on the outdoor terrace (breakfast is on floor 17) and had a spectacular view over the surrounding area. The pool is on this floor as well - we didn't get to use this facility but looked through the doors to it and it looked great! Lots of positives for this hotel including cost, location, cleanliness, friendly staff and quiet. We would definitely return.
