A wonderful hotel with great facilities and a very friendly and helpful staff. They offer many tours to Torres del Paine, but I would recommend to drive there with a 4x4 rental car, which will give you maximum flexibility if you plan to do your hiking tours without guides.

Horses and bougie!

The hotel was so beautiful and the staff too! Everyone was soo kind! Its is stunning and im so grateful to have stayed there. My reasoning was the base of the towers hike as this hotel shaves some of the distance off and you can relax! Great spa and great excusions too. The horses coming in and out are the most amazinf view ever!

The spa facilities, view, atmosphere — everything is perfect. I spent a week in TdP on the OTrek. They stay at Rio Serrano made it a perfect ending. Highly recommended it to anyone traveling there.

a lovely hotel / experience at Rio Serrano. The perfect place to unwind after some long hours spent in Torres Del Paine park. Great service, spa was perfect and appreciated the variety of vegetarian food they offered. Highly recommend!

amazing property to stay at while visiting Torres del Paine! Rooms are very nice and spacious, breakfast has lots of options (including dairy free), pool and sauna are so nice after a long day of hiking. And the views from everywhere in the hotel cant be beat

Stay in October for 7 nights.

Had a great stay at rio Serrano for 7 nights. We stayed in a superior room and the view was even better than it looked in the pictures. All the food was great(loved the cerviche) and the staff excellent. The best part is probably the pool and spa which is just beautiful and full of great features(sauna, showers, available drinks). I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a luxurious stay close to the park.

It’s a nice place to stay for a few nights, the pool is very nice as was the massage areas. Breakfast is more than ample. There are some areas to walk around there.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect with stunning views. The spa is accessible daily for free to use the heated pool and sauna again with amazing views. Staff was fantastic. The daily buffet breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel and spa!!

The hotel itself (lounges, restaurants, area outside) is beautiful but the rooms leave much to be desired for the price. We paid over $400 for a standard room and the bathroom was not updated at all. In addition, the shower grout did not look clean.

I loved my stay at Rio Serrano. They somehow figured out it was my birthday and surprised me with a birthday cake on our first night there. The views are absolutely breathtaking taking from our room and the restaurant. The area around the hotel is perfect to relax after a long day of hike. Will definitely stay here again if I return in future.

Incredible hotel! Staff is amazing and the views are stunning. Horses everywhere. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Lounge good was just ok. The heated swimming pool with the spa accents 5 star. Highly recommend this hotel!

The Rio Serrano was an amazing stay. My wife and I hiked the W trail and went the the Rio after. It was a great way to relax after the long days. The staff was very tentative and always was ready to help. The pool and sauna were an added bonus for the soreness from the hike. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay in the Torres Del Paine region.

Overall a very good experience. You are paying for the location and all-inclusive of course. The double room was not anything special. The food was fantastic, but they mismanaged the Christmas Night dinner and we ate an hour and a half past our reservation.

Good resort, missing a bit of polish to be great

This hotel was a part of our great experience in Patagonia. Excursions and guides were top notch. There were some hiccups to reserve the excursions, including emails not returned, but luckily everything turned out ok. More thought could be given to overall experience such as 2 chairs in the room instead of one. And both cold water and hot tub pools in the spa. But overall a good experience.

Nice view but not from our room

All was great except view of the parking lot from our room - we expected view on Torres del Paine, nor dirty cars. When we asked why, the answer was that this is the room we reserved. It is clearly problem with Hotels.com that it does not provided critical information- for price we paid we expected good view…
