"Quick check in which is appreciated after a long day out. No space in the hotel car park but the multi-storey was probably easier and not much more expensive. Rooms are great and quiet, even on a Saturday night"

"Room hadn't been cleaned before our visit. Extremely dusty. We complained and it was cleaned but not to a good standard. There was no shower gel in the shower at all and the sink hand-wash was about to run out. Shower area was dirty on the floor. The bath plug didn't fit so our bath just ran out of water immediately. TV was extremely poor reception, therefore couldn't use it at all. Bed was not made on return from day out and not cleaned again. Breakfast was nice but the plates were really...

"Very dated. No usb chargers or even plug points near beds. Bathroom very old and feel dirty, even though they clean, due to how aged and worn out they are. Window lets in a lot of noise. Ok for a quick one night stay. On the plus side, staff was excellent and breakfast was great."

"Expedia is misrepresenting the Club Plus room as an accommodation that can sleep 4. We booked it as such. However it can only sleep 2 adults in a king bed and 2 young children on small cots. We only found out when preparing to check in. Thankfully the staff caught the misrepresentation and secured us a second room. We ended up paying for that second room due to Expedia’s mistake."
