The manager came when we came back but I’m absolutely sure this was known issue. We would like a refund for one of the rooms. When we left this morning nobody was on reception to complain to. "Beautiful place with fabulous styling and great facilities. Lovely peaceful and quiet. The pool was extra special. The bed was really comfortable with lovely bed linen, but lots of the surfaces in the bedroom were very dusty, and although I brought it to the attention of housekeeping it wasn’t really resolved."

"Total SCAM. They advertise AC and there is no AC and absolutely no communication. They email you with a check in time, and a code and standard lock box code to enter the room. We couldn’t get in as it was very hot out and though we could get through the front entry, we tried for hours to get in our room which they stated was on the “second” floor and the code did not work. Just to find out that they consider the entry (street level) the “0” floor and the second floor was actually on the third...

"From check in to check out the staff were absolutely charming and could not have been more friendly and charming. Our evening meal was served with a smile and was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Great place for an overnight stay."
