"It's a difficult thing to respond to. I'd forgotten how much central otago prices outweigh quality. The bed was comfortable but the room was incredibly dated and backed onto a very noisy commercial kitchen. The host was excellent and informative but the breakfast was terrible. The setting is spectacular and it was the first time in about 7 years we had had a chance to have a weekend away, we really enjoyed it. Just ensure that if you want to go out for dinner in Clyde, make sure you book ahead...

The tasting they offer is a must-try; they’re doing things with wine nobody else is, and it works! The hot pools are also a fantastic way to relax after a long hike! The glass room in the olive grove feels like a portal directly to the Tuscan countryside!"
