"We check in so late and manager still wait us. The hotel is located on the heart of Alexandra, the room is very clean."

"The property is beautiful! However, if you are touring NZ during the day, you will miss using all of the amenities. The coffee store opens at 10. Breakfast is served starting at 8 am. Cheese shop and wine bar close at 6. We missed it all! This is a spa destination for New Zealanders, not a place for tourists."
