"The property is beautiful. The rooms were charming. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"The staff members at the front desk were very helpful and kind. They made certain that our request for a room in a quiet location was honored, and answered all of our questions regarding local sites using a map that we were able to take with us when sightseeing. We enjoyed delicious cocktails in the rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of foods and local specialties. The breakfast staff members were extremely friendly and hardworking! I was especially surprised to receive a...

"Beautiful hotel in the very heart of the city. We were able to walk to restaurants, ancient ruins, shopping and other area attractions. Great location. The hotel I think used to be a very glamorous home, lots of marble and great architectural features. The staff was absolutely incredible and the room was spotless. We will definitely go back there again!"

"Great staff. Clean. Only problem was the Resturant: the food was not good. They should explore a new option regarding the executive chef. Other than that we loved the hotel."

"Location was off, dark street with only one restaurant nearby 6 mins walking. The shower kept flocking up to the ceiling so we have to hold the shower head while showering. Welcome wine bottle was not given until we asked. Good breakfast."

"Proximité de l’aéroport"

"Bon hôtel pour un court séjour. Préférable d’avoir une voiture pour visiter les environs."

"Room was as expected, bed was comfortable as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Bathroom was large as well and had the hotel branded goods. For the breakfast area, there was an option to sit outside, which was pleasant. Plenty of options as well and the staff where ready at hand to address any requests. We used Catania as base to explore the surrounding sites, but the city itself was larger than I thought and had some interesting things to see. The cathedral and main shopping street are...

"Room was clean, had A/C but didn't need it, room faced the back of the building, so was very quiet. Elevator was appreciated. Bed and closet in our room are upstairs of main room. Was on the top (2nd) floor and had two skylights with motorized shades above the bed. Desk staff also work in the Vision Restaurant downstairs, which is where the buffet breakfast is available 7-10 am. Good selection of typical European breakfast items. Pastries, some stuffed with meat or vegetables, cakes, biscuits,...

"Strange set up in a less than convenient location. Our room was in a building across a courtyard from the small hotel building, possibly a converted garage. Some of the amenities listed such as fitness center and pool were at an additional charge. Not a horrible place, but not at all what I thought we were getting."

"Location is literally next door to the fish market (no it doesn’t smell like fish at all) and walking distance to all the sites but it was noisy until the wee hours and windows aren’t soundproof. Overall, hotel room was spacious but was a little tired. Water stains on ceiling, paint needs touching up in a few places. Breakfast was OK - not a lot of options but pastries were good. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The food at the property was impressive. There was a varied selection at breakfast which was nicely presented. The vegetarian option on the restaurant menu was delicious. When we arrived we were not shown to our room, and were told it was on a different road we took ages to find it, and were given conflicting information by different staff members as to where to go. There were lots of shards of glass around the pool and loungers this this was still visible the following day. There did not...

"Very unique room and nice bathroom and hot tub. Only downside is location is next to construction site."

"Allowed to check in early and store luggage which really helped!"

"I was bite from bed bags on my body too much. Very dirty included the service minded is poor. Especially, the older wife-house is rude. "
