"What I didn't like: Booked on May 6th & paid for the 2 double bed room for June 5-7th. Got there on the 5th and they did not have a room. They said they were overbooked on their double bed rooms. My guys had been driving from 8 PM the previous night to hear that. They ended up giving us 2 singles for the same price. "

"One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at! We had a king studio, so comfortable with couch, work desk, 2 tvs (one didn't work so Gabe brought a new tv & remote), comfy bed, beautiful, roomy bathroom (only complaint is needs a higher toilet, hard to get up). Sarah, the manager (so nice, friendly) came up to figure out why fridge didn't work & plugged it in where it was supposed to go. When husband had medical issue, she recommended a great Urgent Care! Breakfast area was good; roomy, nice variety...

"Were it not for a hurricane, the grounds around the main house would be beautiful. The owner/operator family, like other victims, is building back as quickly as possible. The interim condition of the exterior shows what they went through. The unaffected main house and our guest room were well-appointed and very attentive. The breakfast buffet provided to all their guests was extraordinary extravagant, as delicious and varied as you’ll find anywhere! A true 5-star experience."

"Ckeck in was a little scary as I didn't hink they had my reservation. Everything did workout though. Room was spaciation and very clean. Adminities in the room were a little scace but it work for us. We will go back when we get up that way agian."
