"Super buffet pour le petit dej et superbe localisation pour découvrir la cité médiévale !"

"Très belle hotel au coeur de la cité. Personnels chaleureux et accueillants. Petit déjeuner copieux et local. Parking privé et sécurisé situé juste en dehors de la citadelle à 2 minutes à pied de l'hôtel."

"Enjoyable stay. Friendly hosts. Good breakfast. Clean and well presented rooms."

"The location of the hotel is excellent."

"Receptionist extremely friendly, facilities fantastic for our overnight stopover. Great 2 bedroom appartment."

"This was terrific value for money and would happily stay again. While it's a good 15 mins or so up a hill from the station, for £40 or so, there's nothing at all to complain about- big rooms with cooking facilities, microwave and even a dishwasher should you need it, a lovely swimming pool and staff who were knowlegable and extremely helpful; particularly Guaytan , who couldn't have been more efficient and personable. All in all, very good."

"The hotel has a great view of the castle and the roof top bar is definitely a bonus. The room was clean and have everything we needed however the toilet was in what can only be described as a cupboard with no space at all. The decor was too dark so much so that we couldn’t find the light switches! The carpet was black and when we dropped a black hair brush on the floor it took us 10 Minutes to find it!"

"Lit king size, très confortable Baignoire Propreté"

"As per previous reviews, this property was a great place to stay. It is a very urban location but a nice view of the harbour on one side but the bus station on the other. Breakfast was included in the rate and Excellent! Even the coffee was great (and having just returned from France, UK coffee is normally a step down). Unlike many properties like...

"A wonderful relaxed stay inside the walls of the medieval city. They allowed us to store our bags after checkout while we explored Carcassonne. A great choice for our family of four!"

"We loved our stay here. The veranda and back garden were a welcome escape after a day spent exploring. The front desk was very helpful when our train was cancelled. Location is next to the castle entrance. Easy walk into the new town as well."

"Hotel impeccable. Chambre très propre, personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner complet."
