"No coffee. Old outdated rooms. TVs did have Chromecast and WiFi was excellent. Gym staff were rude. Any other newer hotel like Holiday Inn Suites, Express or Hampton would be better. Not sure why anyone would book here. It's far away from everything."

"Centrally located in San Jose. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms and a great roof-top restaurant. Staff was very helpful. A bit difficult to find because the sign is hard to see, but otherwise a safe and comfortable place to stay in downtown, close to restaurants and shops, as well as the National Museum."

"As a Hilton Honors member, I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the treatment I received from the staff at this property. The behavior I experienced was not only completely unprofessional but also overtly discriminatory. I previously attempted to share an honest account of this experience, but the review was rejected. Travelers deserve to know that the service here falls far short of standard hospitality ethics, and the bias shown by the staff was entirely unacceptable. I cannot recommend...

"Nice place to stay. Our group stayed one night after our tour and they were accommodating. The front staff were awesome and hold on to our luggage when we showed up 4 hours before check in. We played games in the dinning area without any issues. Would stay again."

"Un hotel de mucha historia en costa rica. Se conserva muy bien y se mantiene actualizado. Es ideal para viajeros que dispongan de vehículo porque tiene acceso a diferentes sitios por varias rutas. Si ubicacion lo hace muy seguro y dispone de todos los servicios a su alrededor. Nos gusta usarlo para escaparnos de la rutina un fin de semana familiar."

"The staff tried charging me $20 to open a $12 bottle of wine. I was gambling $100-300/hand on blackjack and got a bottle of wine to take up to my room and couldn’t get anyone to open it for me. Tried buying an opener in the store there on site and they didn’t sell them. I had just spent $140 on a bar tab while watching the World Cup game and planned to take three buddies there for a steak dinner that night and would’ve spent $400-500 I’m sure. I’ve booked 18 rooms there in the last four months....

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado para los doctores que van a endoscopy academy tiene puntos que puede mejorar. pero puedo decir que la comida es muy buena y el trato fue muy agradable tiene algunos problemas con las llaves de acceso que siempre se desprograman pero ellos siempre esta muy dispuestos a cooperar para reconfigurarlas me, me gustaría un poco mas de variedad en el menú de desayuno para los que están más de 4 días yo me hospede por 11 días y el desayuno fue un poco cansón. Por lo demás...
