"The room we stayed in was a bit small, but made up for it with a beautiful balcony kitchenette. My children loved seeing animals everywhere, from coatis to iguanas to monkeys. Food prices at the hotel retauraunts were higher than anticipated however, and there weren't any grab and go options for drinks or snacks at reception."

"We were not impressed with the hotel. It was much outdated and nothing special. Breakfast was not at all good. They should really change up the menu so people staying longer will have some options. Restaurant staff were not good. Bedsheets were so scratchy material and room was so gloomy. The only nice thing was walk to the Biesanz beach. Although walk to there and back is challenging itself."

"The staff were incredibly attentive with lots of little touches to help make your lives easier e.g. golf cart from the main entrance, leaving gift with snacks for my road trip, choice of toiletries, free umbrellas available and more."
