"Excellente prestation"

"Contrairement à ce qui apparaît sur le site, il n’y a pas de piscine, il n’y a pas de spa. On nous a dit que c'était privatif et noté comme tel sauf d'une ce n’est pas noté comme ça (vérifié le 12 septembre soir) et d'autre part si "privatif" veut dire que c'est interdit aux voyageurs, quel intérêt d'en parler? Sinon, c'est joli, propre, cadre agréable..."

"Uniek was het verblijf in een gemoderniseerd middeleeuws kasteel. Uitstekende parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. Vriendelijk en voorkomend personeel. Het restaurant is uitstekend, ook de wijnen. Goed en gevarieerd ontbijt. De rustige omgeving draagt bij aan een rustieke charme. Daarenboven zijn toeristische uitjes bij de meren van Neuchâtel en Murten vlakbij. Minder goed vonden wij het ontbreken van een scheer/vergrootspiegel . Wij konden geen waardering opbrengen voor de gedateerde en hoog...

"Hotel Beaulac is in a perfect location for exploring Neauchatel. It is right on lake Neauchatel. There is a museum 2 minutes away. Both restaurants are excellent!!The staff are extremely helpful"

"Déçu de mon choix concernant cet établissement. Personnel absent à l'accueil à l'arrivée et au départ. La propreté laissant à désirer, le sol pas nettoyé. Petit déjeuné non préparé, heureusement, après réclamation, petits pains."

"De kamer (204) was perfect, superschoon, ruim en had heerlijke bedden. Douche en wc apart, geweldig! Het ontbijt is ook erg goed, veel keuze en lekker. Buiten gratis parkeren, er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid en laadmogelijkheden voor EV. Het hotel ligt op een handige locatie boven de snelweg 1, op het terrein bevinden zich ook een Mc Donalds, Migros en een Italiaans restaurant."

"The location was absolutely breathtaking right on the lake. Everything was within walking distance great food great drinks great shopping. It was truly amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly parking right up front or in the garage below. Highly recommend this hotel."

"You have to take funicular from Neuchatel to Neuchatel Universite only 8 mins and then walk to the hotel only 5 mins. Location is quiet area and near the city by walking distance. There is a chocolate as a gift on each pillow,it's delicious. We stay only 1 night in family room, unfortunately one of our pillow's cover is musty and the bed is not comfortable. Other cleanliness is ok. The staff is willing to answer our questions. "

"Die Lage war super und das Zimmer sauber, aber im Sommer keine gute Wahl. Es gab keine Klimaanlage und das Zimmer hat sich sehr aufgeheizt. Das Fenster ging zur Straße und der Verkehr war auch nachts sehr laut. Ein Frühstück gibt es nicht, nur kostenpflichtige Automaten. Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt, man muss selbst am PC ein- und auschecken..."
