"Pros: nice setting, safe area, beautiful grounds and views, western decoration. Cons: our room bathroom was in bad condition (stains on wall, black spots on toilet seat), room carpet had spots, loud A/C. Also the breakfast and dining options were very limited. It’s unfortunate because this place has much more potential."

"The room was comfortable enough we had 2 beds. The only problem was that the pillows were terrible. 2 were rock hard and one was flat as a pancake. I would stay there again but I would bring a pillow from my house."

"Check in was delayed 2 hours from stated time to me and the guy didn't want to complete check in because I used a travel site and got a discount. Then when I left for 15 minutes my room was accessed by the employee that checked me and when I returned I was demanded to get out of my car. I had to put my cigarette out because he was being so demanding. Upon entering the room he pointed at a pillow with a blood spot and said you you. I responded by that was not me. He responded you you period...

"This motel is fine. Staff was excellent and the rooms long and spacious. However, If you stay, stay on the top floor. I was on the first floor and could hear every footstep my upstairs neighbor made. Seems like there is no insulation for noise between floors. Very irritating."

"The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....

"The kitchen is not stocked at all, no silverware except forks, had to buy butter knives, teaspoons and tablespoons but we left them so hopefully the next people won’t have the same issues, there were 4 coffee cups and the place sleeps 14, we had 9 people so had to buy coffee cups, the door handle was about to fall off which made it very hard to open from either side, one bedroom had water coming in during rain storm. Not a kid friendly yard which is strange because there are 3 sets of bunkbeds....
