Patricia, the lovely lady who checked me both in and out, was the perfect host. Room was clean, lots of parking. Breakfast was as you’d expect so that is the only thing I found they could work on maybe. Still worth the stay.

can’t say enough good things about my experience at the Best Western Plus Riata. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was quick, friendly, and efficient, and every team member I encountered was courteous and professional. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I really appreciated the modern touches, from the big-screen TV to the spotless bathroom. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with plenty of hot and cold options that were fresh and well-stocked. The pool area and outdoor seating were also great for relaxing after a long day, and the location is perfect — close to restaurants, stores, and the main highway, yet quiet enough to get a peaceful night’s rest. Overall, Best Western Plus Riata exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s clear that management and staff truly care about their guests’ comfort. I’ll absolutely be staying here again the next time I’m in Brownwood — highly recommend!

Short but sweet stay

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and clean. Dominic at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He called me after we left to inform me I had left phone charger. I really appreciated this call. I went back by to pick up my cord and Dominic kindly assured me that I wasn’t the only person to do this. I will definitely stay here again!
