"Great stay this hotel is perfectly situated next to Romford Station, the rooms are modern, clean and simplistic but effective in design. This is deal if you just need a place to sleep but doesn't have space to work. Its a modern walk in shower (none of the old bath in shower), slow release toilet seat, sensible sized open bin, great water pressure and temperature and 4 pillows on the bed. "A really good, well priced hotel. Good sized, clean room with comfortable bedding. Quiet rooms. Netflix connectivity is available on the huge in-room television. Friendly staff. There is an additional charge for parking, which I found disappointing as a guest staying at the hotel, which is not in a town or city centre location Parking is +£12 per night.. The EV charging points are plentiful, but charging is expensive. "

"Stayed at the Ivy Hill Hotel for a couple of nights visiting family for Christmas. An excellent hotel for a quiet break but within easy reach of London. Staff were fantastic. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast - both very nice. We were given a room upgrade and it was more spacious than our previous visit - very comfortable. Would definitely book again."

"I had a fantastic stay at the Glass House retreat - the team were amazing! Friendly, supportive, and attentive, they made sure I felt right at home. "Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate.
