They made the room available to us 5 hours before check-in which was much appreciated.
Everyone with whom we interacted was kind and generous ( from the bellman to the lounge staff and front desk staff and concierge) which was a lovely way to start our trip to the UK.
Stayed many times. Best stay I’ve ever had. Started with a glass of Prosecco on arrival. That was a first, then complimentary breakfast and a complimentary late checkout. Amazing.
Considering the price charged for the room, I was surprised that the shower was inside the bath and not a stand alone unit. Additionally service at breakfast was dreadful. We were shown to a table and then that member of staff left without saying a word. There were no glasses for juice, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and I gave up on eggs. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a family room and my daughter said she had a great sleep.
Beautiful hotel, have stayed there previously and will very happily return. Lovely staff, great location and environment, rooms splendid, breakfast lovely
