The hotel was perfect for a solo traveller wanting a wonderful location close to everything without breaking the bank. Staff were very friendly, bed was comfortable, and the location cannot be beat.

Great central location with excellent ability! The room is tiny, but the layout was great. I stayed for a week and didn’t feel cramped. Would be nice if there was a mini fridge but other than that, it was perfect! I didn’t eat the breakfast since there are so many restaurants and coffee shops nearby but it looked decent. They also offer complementary wine and Cheese on Tuesdays and Saturdays! I was pleasantly surprised at their prices and selection of wine.

A quiet, clean and comfortable room in the centre of London. A short walk from the many theatres, shops and restaurants. The room is on the cosy side, but most are in Europe. Very reasonable price for the centre of London. I found the breakfast provided was good value to start the day!

We used this location for a three night stop in between trips. We arrived early and exhausted from travel. The staff were lovely and found a room that was ready early so we could shower and rest. The in-hotel cafe/restaurant was wonderful for a quick breakfast or late night snack without worry. Rooms were clean and had many gadgets. Staff were very attentive making it feel very homey even for the few days we were there.

Great short stay with toddler

Amazing location and comfortable, modern room even if it was small considering the location. Staff were friendly and there’s a lovely cafe downstairs, and it was handy they offered a travel cot for my toddler too

Fantastic hotel, only thing was mattress was too firm and i love a firm mattress but this would be too uncomfortable for a few nights, staff were excellent and friendly, i would stay overnight in future 😀
