It’s a peaceful oasis amidst a busy city. We very much enjoyed the outdoor terrace and the spa. The hotel is located in the Chartrons neighborhood on the North side of Bordeaux. "The room was luxurious, welcoming and incredibly comfortable. We loved the bed, linens and all the space for us and our belongings. It was quiet and a relaxing to be in our room. The shower was a small challenge given the smoothness of the very deep bathtub. It was not easy to stay warm while washing our body and the open-air shower."

"The location is perfect for transport - right near Bordeaux St Jean Station and also the local light rail network. It has a very pleasant outlook over the river. The staff are helpful, professional and courteous. My only criticism is that it was difficult to cool the room the way I prefer. But overall a good mid range well priced hotel."

"Staff was amazing throughout the stay and the room was impeccable. We loved the suite, the finishes, and the balcony. Bed was super comfy. Cocktail bar downstairs is underrated, not sure why it seemed empty because the bartender was a master and their gin selection was very impressive. Breakfast in the morning was also well worth it, the chef was very attentive and her food was delicious. We 100% plan to return and would highly recommend booking the suite for your stay. "
