"A very good hotel if you do not have a car to get around. Only about 7 minutes walk from Brussels central station and in a very safe area. We simply walked to most tourist attractions, plenty of shopping and dining options around. Breakfast was good, room comfortable. "

"We went to Canalview for a girls trip. Check in was easy, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were very pleasant anf assisted with everything. Breakfast was great, it had everything we needed for the day and the setting was gorgeous. Front desk agent was helpful. Only issue was the heating, it was a very cold weekend and we needed more heat, thefe was a sucharge. There is also a surcharge for an extra blanket and pillows, and hair dryer"

If you have the option, spring for a view of the square. It's amazing and you won't regret it. When I arrived in my room, I opened my window and starred outside for over an hour. "The hotel is well presented, clean and spacious with plenty of amenities and services available to guests. Things not normally offered at hotels such as a games room, a bar with a shop, nespresso machines in the rooms etc. Even a gym and sauna. My only issues were that despite the later checkout than most hotels, housekeeping still came in without warning 2 hours before we were required to checkout. Also, the hotel is large and while there are 4 main lifts, they are tiny and so it takes a while...

"From the wonderful staff to the central location this hotel never missed a beat. The lobby and hotel bars are historic but most of the rooms are in the annex which were clean and wonderfully modern with a large bathroom. My mother has mobility issues and really appreciated the tub/bench set up in the shower. "
